ABOUT us
Helping people stay in the homes they love.
Home is more than a building. It’s where we feel comfortable, where our routines live, where memories have been made and where we expect to feel most independent. But as circumstances change, the home that once worked perfectly can sometimes become more difficult to navigate.
At Home Access Group, we believe those changes shouldn’t automatically mean giving up the home you love. We help people identify practical ways to make their homes work better for them – supporting safety, accessibility, independence and confidence at home.

ABOUT US
Home Access Group
People’s needs change. It might happen gradually as we get older. It might follow an injury, illness, hospitalisation or rehabilitation. Or someone may have lived with a disability or mobility limitation for many years.
Whatever the reason, the home environment can play an important role in how safely and independently someone is able to live.
Home Access Group exists to help bridge that gap.
We bring together professional assessment, practical recommendations and home modification services to help people continue doing the things that matter to them, in the place they call home.
ABOUT US
More than just home modifications
We don’t start with a product. We start with a person.
It’s easy to look at a home and see a step that needs a ramp or a bathroom that needs a grab rail. But the right solution isn’t always about the product.
It’s about understanding why a person is having difficulty, what they want to be able to do, and how their home can better support them.
That’s why our approach considers the person, their circumstances, their home and their goals together. A modification should have a purpose.
It should help someone live better.

Experiencing reduced mobility
Making everyday movement around the home easier and safer.
At risk of falls
Identifying environmental hazards and practical opportunities to reduce risk.
Recovering from injury

Helping ensure the home environment is appropriate for a person’s current abilities.
Living with disability
Improving accessibility and reducing barriers within the home.
Experiencing changing functional needs
Adapting the home as a person’s abilities, circumstances or support needs change.
Planning ahead
Making proactive changes before a potential hazard becomes a crisis.

Working with your care team
We understand that home modifications are part of a bigger picture.
A modification rarely exists in isolation.
A participant may also be receiving occupational therapy, physiotherapy, nursing, personal care, domestic assistance or other services.
Home Access Group can work alongside the participant’s existing care team and Support at Home provider to ensure recommended home modifications are considered in the context of the person’s broader needs and goals.
The Support at Home program is designed around each participant’s assessed needs, goals and preferences, with providers responsible for coordinating and delivering appropriate services.
